A series of pictures showing the
Sopwith Triplane in the Royal Air Force Museum at Hendon. Includes cockpit
details. This is an unusual Sopwith Triplane in that it is fitted with twin Vickers guns. Only a small number of triplanes had more than the standard single machine gun. The Sopwith Triplane was a single seat fighter flown by the Royal Naval Air Service during the First World War.
